These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of goods by you (the consumer) and by us (Sunflower Ashes)
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately. By placing an order with us, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined here.
In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by Sunflower Ashes and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Sunflower Ashes and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Sunflower Ashes does not share any information (email, credit card, telephone numbers, address) with any third party. We never have done and we never will. We do not store credit card information of any kind. We do store your email, name, address and telephone number for our records. We only collect your name, address and phone number for shipping and enquiries. If you give permission for your items to be posted on social media, Sunflower Ashes always keeps names confidential.

All items are subject to availability and colours. Items are hand-made and may vary slightly from those depicted on the site. However, if there is a colour scheme you do not see on the website, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns. If I do agree to a return in specific circumstances, the item must be returned within 30 days. I will not accept an item unless a return has been agreed prior between myself and the client. Items which are returned MUST be in the same condition it was received in and with the original packaging. This MUST be returned via tracked/recorded delivery.
As each item is hand-made, I reserve the right to judge my own quality of work and I am not responsible for any natural defects within the resin. As confirmed this is the nature of this material and micro-bubbles can occur. Each item is made to the highest-quality and is handled with the upmost care.
Each piece is photographed extensively before this is sent to the client to ensure that no items are sent damaged or defected and for insurance purposes. If your piece arrives damaged or broken, please contact me to discuss within 7 days.
Sunflower Ashes are not responsible if a third party other than Sunflower Ashes has attempted to repair one of our pieces. I will not accept returns in this instance.
I will not accept returns due to wear and tear, or damage due to water, chemicals and general mishandling of the jewellery or keepsakes.
Please do not send all that you have of your inclusions. Please retain half, in the instance that inclusions are lost or damaged in the post (which is very rare if sent recorded/tracked).
Please try to send your inclusions within one month of ordering. Although, I will always complete Jewelry no matter the time frame. Sometimes people do not feel ready to open ashes etc so all orders will be honoured.
Sunflower Ashes is not responsible for your inclusions until they arrive and they are in my hands. As confirmed, please DO NOT send the last of your inclusions, as in this instance, you will be required to send another set of inclusions in the event they are lost in the post.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please ensure once you package your inclusions, you wait 48 hours before posting. This allows for Sunflower Ashes to be kept safe from any active virus particles. This is much appreciated. :)
Shipping out with the UK may be subject to fees, taxes and import duties. These additional fees are the clients responsibility. I cannot refund an order if this is delayed in any way due to these fees.
If you receive a 'missed delivery' it is the clients responsibility to ensure this is picked up at your local parcel office or a redelivery is arranged. This is not the responsibility of Sunflower Ashes. Failure to collect this will result in your parcel being returned to me and you will be liable to pay for postage each time that this occurs.
FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BEFORE ANY ITEMS ARE SHIPPED.
EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, I do not offer refunds. Instead, after discussing with me, on occasion, I will offer to remake your piece of jewellery or supply you with a gift voucher to the amount of your original piece. I am very proud of what I make and I use extremely high-quality products within my jewellery, however, if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me to discuss and I will resolve it to the best of my ability.
Once an order is placed, after 24 hours, this item can no longer be cancelled as the setting is already being prepared/made.
In the event you forget to send your inclusions, I do not offer cancellations or refunds.
